OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONSUMER UNDER WITHDRAWAL
(according to GEO 34/2014, Art. 14)
(1) Unless the professional has offered to recover the products himself, the consumer returns the products or hands them to the professional or a person authorized by the professional to receive the products, without undue delay and within no more than 14 days from the date on which he communicated to the professional his decision to withdraw from the contract in accordance with art. 11. The deadline is met if the products are sent back by the consumer before the expiry of the 14-day period.
(2) The consumer bears only the direct costs related to the return of the products, unless the professional agrees to bear those costs or the professional has not informed the consumer that these costs must be borne by the consumer. In the case of off-premises contracts, where the products were delivered to the consumer's home at the time of the conclusion of the contract, the professional collects the products at his own expense if the products, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post.
(3) The consumer is only responsible for the decrease in the value of the products resulting from their handling, other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. The decrease in the value of the products must not be a disincentive for the consumer to exercise his right of withdrawal. Regardless of the situation, the consumer is not responsible for reducing the value of the products if the professional failed to inform him about the right of withdrawal in accordance with art.
6 para. (1) lit. h).
(4) The professional must be able to prove the decrease in the value of the products that results differently from what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
(5) When the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal after submitting the request in accordance with art. 7 para. (3) or with art. 8 para. (8), the consumer pays the professional an amount proportional to what was provided until the moment the consumer informed the professional about the exercise of the right of withdrawal, in relation to the total coverage of the contract. The proportional amount to be paid to the professional by the consumer is calculated based on the total price agreed in the contract. If the total price is excessive, the proportional amount is calculated based on the market value of what was supplied.

TERMS OF EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS
You can exchange products purchased from DVB within ten (10) business days of receiving them. A product can only be exchanged once.
A product can be changed when the following conditions have been fully met:
·The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
·The condition of the product must be the same as it was at the time of purchase.
·The identification tag must still be attached to the products, they must be unused and with all original documents.
A product can be exchanged in the following situations, with the following conditions:
(1) The size does not match - Exchange the size
1 (a)- The size was wrong by DVB- If it is found that DVB has delivered a product with a size that does not correspond to the one chosen by the customer, it undertakes to exchange the product with the correct size within a maximum of 14 working days.
1 (b)- The size was chosen incorrectly by the customer- If after receiving the product, the customer finds that he has chosen the wrong size at the time of placing the order, it can be changed, product return instructions are followed, following as in maximum 14 working days to receive another product, with the new size chosen.
(2) Model change
2 (a)- The model was wrong by DVB- If it is found that DVB has delivered a product with a model that does not correspond to the one chosen by the customer, it undertakes to exchange the product with the correct model within a maximum of 14 days worker.
2 (b)- The customer decides that he wants another model- If after receiving the product, the customer finds that the chosen model is not to his liking, it can be changed, product return instructions are followed, following that within the time period specified by to the seller to receive another product, with the new chosen model.
(3) The customer decides on some changes to the product - If, after receiving the product, the customer finds that the chosen model is not to his liking, it can be changed, the instructions for returning the product are followed, the customer must bear in addition to the related return cost and the additional costs related to the desired change that will be brought to his attention, following which, within the time frame specified by the seller, he will receive another product, with the new model chosen.
